Refund / Exchange Policy

Product(s) will only be accepted for a refund or exchange within 3 calendar days upon you receiving the product(s). No refund or exchange will be entertained after the 3 calendar days.

Reasons - Defective product(s) / unsuitable product(s) fit:

We only accept defective/unsuitable product(s) for refund or exchange as per the above ConvaTec Refund / Exchange Policy.

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 14 working days.

- For unsuitable product(s), all product(s) must be returned unopened and in original packaging.
- Only regular priced product(s) may be refunded or exchanged. Sale product(s) are non-refundable and exchangeable

Returns Checklist:

  1. Is/Are the product(s) refundable or exchangeable within 3 calendar days upon receipt?
  2. Is/Are the product(s) in the same condition as when it was received?
  3. Is/Are the product(s) in its original packaging?
  4. Has the return form been filled in?

Requirements for a valid refund:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, product image in original box)
  • Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via online bank transfer
  • Reason for refund has to be valid before return requests are accepted
  • Photocopy of your IC

- All refunds for online bank transfers will be in the form of cheque which takes approximately 21 days to complete.

- Refunds of credit card payments will take 14 days
